Delivery and returns

This Delivery and Returns policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of your orders and the process for returns and exchanges.

1. Delivery

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within Lithuania and potentially to other countries as specified on our website during the checkout process. Please check the available shipping destinations before placing your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the chosen shipping method. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.
  • Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Usually delivery takes 1-3 business days.  Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.
  • Shipping Methods: We may offer various shipping methods, such as standard delivery, express delivery, or pickup options. The available options will be displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

2. Returns

  • Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in Lithuania, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. 

  • How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

  • Returning the Goods: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. 

  • Condition of Returned Goods: The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.  

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us.  

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.  

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or another item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to inquire about the possibility of an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and the shipping costs of the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty or incorrect item.
  • Upon verification of the issue, we will offer you a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
